Before initiating a return please contact us with the details of your return. We will provide a shipping label to return the items via the email used to make the purchase.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
We will refund the shipping costs of a return/replacement if the return is a result of a Arc-Defense’s error, a defective product or if the product is damaged in shipment. Shipping costs will be refunded via the same method as the original payment used to purchase, in which case the shipping costs will be refunded.
NOTE
We reserve the right to validate return reasons, inspect products for misuse/abuse and decline or limit returns/exchanges.
We do not pay for expedited return shipping.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. A restocking fee of 10% will also be deducted from the refund. The customer is liable to pay return shipping on products that are returned for the reasons mentioned in this paragraph.
Preorder Return Policy
Arc-Defense will not accept returns or issue refunds for preorders unless an item shipped is damaged in shipment or arrives defective.

All giveaway items are not covered under warranty and will not be replaced.
